Production Designer

Westwood, MA

This is a production designer is responsible for creating graphics for ’47 Headwear, Apparel and Sock Collections as well as processing art requests from the sales team. This position works in partnerships with designers providing daily support in all areas of the design process.

Production/Design

  • • Translate ‘47’s current Headwear, Apparel & Sock collections for various accounts
  • Complete and communicate art requests for sales representatives
  • Make requested art changes
  • Oversee revisions to artwork

Quality Control

Assistant Product Developer- Apparel

Westwood, MA

This Assistant Product Developer- Apparel will be responsible for managing the development process for ’47’s apparel by collaborating closely with apparel designers and overseas manufacturers to ensure that design integrity, quality, fit and price points are achieved while ensuring that products are developed and delivered within established timelines.

Design Standards

  • Work with designers to learn design process
  • Collaborate to understand development requirements of a style such as material, trim quality and construction intent
  • Offer suggestions to designers on alternate construction possibilities to maintain efficiencies on price and bulk production

Associate Manager: LIDS Marketing

Indianapolis, IN

The Associate Manager – Lids Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of an engaging and authentic brand experience in all channels at Lids. This position will be will be responsible for the day to day of all Lids retail marketing initiatives, managing integrated campaign development encompassing in-store, ecommerce, social media, advertising, and events in addition to channel specific projects with the Lids visual merchandising teams, social media teams, and others. This position is based in Indianapolis, IN, at the Lids Headquarters with regular travel to the ‘47 Headquarters in Westwood, MA.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partners on creating and executing dynamic Lids X ’47 retail marketing campaigns for major brand campaigns, collaborations, product launches, and special events
  • Runs point on the development and maintenance of on-brand fixturing and POP programs for Lids to support brand direction and the diverse product offerings available
  • Collaborates with ‘47 marketing and sales, as well as the Lids marketing team and retail buyers, to coordinate integrated strategies across Lids to meet corporate objectives
  • Communicates all marketing initiatives and schedules (advertising, fixturing, etc.) to account executives and Lids marketing and merchandising teams.
  • Offers on-site support to the Lids sales force in various store specific marketing efforts
  • Responsible for driving all Lids meeting preparation and follow up activities
  • Runs Lids ecommerce marketing by surveying brand presence on their site and implementing campaign creative

Assistant Product Line Manager

Westwood, MA

The Assistant Product Line Manager will be responsible for helping the assigned Product Line Managers in building brand, retail and league-right, consumer relevant and sustainably profitable ranges.

Item Setup

  • Ensure that all items are created in GBS prior to communicating programs
  • Make sure styles are able to be ordered in GBS
  • Communicate effectively with Creative and Photography departments
  • Monitor that pricing is correct in system for all new styles created

Product Ordering Process

  • Pre-order all products per direction of Sales/PLM

Director of Apparel Development & Sourcing

This position will be responsible for directing the apparel development and sourcing team for ’47 by collaborating primarily with the Design team and with domestic & overseas suppliers to ensure that design integrity, quality, fit and target pricing are achieved, and established production timelines are met.

Development

  • Manage Development team workload and calendar
  • Work with Merchandiser and Sales Team on the advisement and creation of SMU styles.
  • Work with Marketing and Design teams on the creation and production of Capsule Collections and Collaborations.
  • Oversee the prototype creation process from initial concept through bulk production, ensuring all relevant details are provided to factories to maximize the accuracy of samples and production against design intention.

Apparel Development Manager

Senior Manager, Sourcing & Development of Headwear & Accessories

Responsibilities

Sourcing

  • Manage Development team workload and calendar
  • Identify and develop new supply partners for headwear and accessories styles
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to source production orders with alternate vendors when needed
  • Manage all core, seasonal, and SMU vendor pricing

The order picker is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking orders. They will also load and unload containers. Maintains an active role with daily projects while contributing to a positive team oriented distribution center

Customer Service Representative
