How can I view the status of my order?
A couple of ways. One way is to log into My Account (if you don't have an account, register using the email you used for your order). From your My Account dashboard, you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity, check order status, view all account options, and update your account information.
The second way is to use the question mark on the bottom corner of the site. Enter your order number and your email address. Your order number starts with 47B and can be found in your order confirmation email.
What are you shipping options?
All orders are shipped using FedEx. We offer SmartPost, Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day FedEx Delivery. See "Shipping & Handling" for more details.
Can you ship to a P.O. box?
Yes, we can. You must select FedEx SmartPost as the shipping method. We cannot ship Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day orders to a P.O. box.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to Canada only. Unfortunately, we do not ship beyond the US and Canada at this time, nor do we accept credit cards with international billing addresses. Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?
No, we do not require a signature for residential deliveries.
I received an item that is damaged, what should I do?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), PayPal Express, and '47 gift cards for your convenience.
How can I find a particular product?
'47 products have been sold at thousands of retailers across the world since 1947. We will try our best to help you find availability in your favorite items. We ask that you're patient and provide us with as much information as possible regarding the product and we will do our best to hunt it down.

What are the care instructions for your hats?
The best way to clean your hat is to wash it in the top rack of your dishwasher. Our friends over at Lids recommend the Ball Cap Buddy for this, which helps protect your hat's shape while it's in the wash. Once the wash cycle has finished, remove your hat and let it air dry. Be careful not to use dish washing detergent and make sure to keep an eye on the water temperature, considering hot water can shrink your hat
If it's a knit hat, we recommend putting the hat in a pillowcase of similar color and putting it in the wash with cold water. Make sure to let it air dry instead of throwing it in the dryer. You can also wash it by hand in cold water.
What are the care instructions for your clothing?
Most of our apparel should be washed infold water and with like colors only. Hang dry or tumble dry on low for best results. Care instructions are also listed on the garments themselves.
