If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we'd love to help. First, try on your cap with the tags still attached and make sure it feels good.

If you aren't in love with it, don't worry, we got you covered.  See the Returns section below.


Purchases made on may be returned within 30 days of shipment if the product is unwashed, unworn (meaning don't bend the brim) and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.

'47 Canada does not return the original shipping costs but will cover return shipping. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

For '47 products not bought on

All returns must be processed through the retailer where the products were originally purchased: i.e., '47 Canada purchases made at a retailer must be returned through those retailers and cannot be returned through Products purchased at the '47 US online store must be returned to the US store from which they were purchased.

#47Mystery product and '47 Outlet (marked down) items cannot be returned and is final sale.

To Process a Return, Please Contact: 

Please include:

  • Your name
  • order number (starts with 47B)
  • The product you are returning
  • The reason for your return
We will send you a Return Number (RA#) that you must include on the package; otherwise, we may not be able to track your return.  We will also send instructions to go to your unique link for a prepaid UPS return label.


'47 Canada does not offer traditional product exchanges. 

Instead, we recommend returning your original item (see "Returns" above) and immediately placing a new order for a replacement item. Your original form of payment will be refunded when we receive the returned product. By placing a new order right away, your new product will arrive much faster than waiting for us to receive your old product.

You may also wait to place your new order until after we have received your returned product and processed your refund. 

SHIPPING offers UPS shipping to shipground. We have flat shipping rates, meaning that your shipping costs remain the same no matter how many products you order.  Orders qualify for Free Ground Shipping on orders of $50 or more.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  If a PO Box address is used and the package is returned to our warehouse, the order will be refunded minus a $9.99 re-stocking fee.  

You will receive a tracking number for your purchase via email once it has been confirmed that your package has shipped. If you have a account, you can also check there to see your order status.

Orders will typically ship from our warehouse the next business day.  Please note that during high periods of high volume, such as championship wins and holidays, this process may take longer.

UPS does not deliver on weekends.

We don't ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.  Exceptions may occur; however the standard shipping rates do not apply.
