Here's the rundown on how we make shipping a breeze:

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on us for orders over $75, except for NT, YT, and NWT (flat rate of $100).

Under $75: For orders that don't quite hit the mark, we offer a flat shipping rate of $10 across Canada (except for NT, YT, and NWT, which is a flat rate of $100).

Always Duty-Free: Since all orders on 47brand.ca ship from within Canada, you can forget about those extra duty charges.

Stay in the Loop: Once your order is on its way, we'll send an email confirmation over to you. So you can start the countdown to your '47 gear.

Our standard shipping times are pretty swift, but they can vary depending on where you're located. Here's a general idea of how quickly you can expect your order:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your latest pick isn't quite hitting the mark, or you're eyeing a different size — no worries. We’ve made returns and exchanges simple, and stress-free. We offer two return options at checkout:

Checkout+: For $1.98 at checkout, you can add return coverage to your order. If you decide to return or exchange an eligible item, your return is FREE.

Checkout (without coverage): If return coverage wasn’t added at checkout, a $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label.

You can start your return or exchange anytime through our return portal: '47 Canada Return Portal Link. You’ll have two easy return options:

Mail-in: Use a return label generated by our portal to send your item(s) back.

Drop-off: Prefer to get your refund ASAP? Drop off the return at an eligible location near you.

Note: The original shipping cost and returns coverage fee are not refunded. 

And because we want you to shop with confidence, we’re happy to provide offer returns for any reason within 100 days of ship date, with the exception of items marked as “Final Sale.” Products must not be worn and be in re-sellable condition.

Need a Different Size or Colour?

Exchanges are easy.

Simply start your return through our return portal. Redo will guide you through the process and ship your replacement once your exchange is approved.

The Little Details That Matter:

We want to make sure you love what you get. If for any reason it's not quite right, here's what you need to know:

Keep It Fresh: Items need to be in their original, unworn, unwashed state, just like when they arrived at your doorstep.

Final Sale Items: If it was marked as "final sale" when you bought it, it's yours for keeps as these items can't be returned. This also applies to any #47Mystery product.

Shipping Costs: We won't be refunding the original shipping costs from your order, but we're committed to making your return as smooth as possible.

Getting Your Money Back: Refunds go right back to the way you paid. Keep an eye on your email; we'll send you a note when we process your return. If you paid by credit card, give it 4-10 business days to see the refund on your statement.
