Review

Quality of the product is without a doubt present. Would like to have more stores that hold it in stock to try them on. Would have probably bought the same but in a different model. It’s a little too pointy in the front of the cap. My type of head doesn’t match 100% with that style. But great product would recommend

Poor sizing

I have always worn the hitch since it first came out. Always with one notch free on the plastic snap closure to make tighter.
The last 3 hats I or my wife have bought online have been so large I’m having to close the plastic snap overlapping to make small.
This will be my last online purchase.

Hi Jonathan, that doesn't sound like us to not respond. The only that would happen is the message didn't come through our inbox, which it looks like it didn't. Did you ask the question through online chat or customer support email?

As for the sizing, that's very odd. I'll send this feedback to the team. Our caps online are the same caps we send to the stores. Is it noticeable side by side in a pic? If so, can you send one pic of and old cap that fits and a new one side by side? I'd love to send this feedback to our product team.
