    Customer Service Came Through

    At first they made an error in my original order. The firs customer rep that dealt with me was…terrible. It was almost like ‘Gia’ was personally losing money if she fixed the mistake that the company made. It was perhaps the worst customer service I’ve received, ever. However, the next person I dealt with, Manny, was AWESOME. He rectified the situation, and restored my faith in this good company. I am sure the Mannys outweigh the Gias. I love 47 brand. I’ll be buying more hats in the future.
