    The hat itself is great. Love the fit and quality.

    The problem is that the shipping was brutally slow. I even got an email telling me it would be delayed. Now, if the shipping is free I can accept that within reason. Unfortunately, they charge $12 for any order under $50. In today's day and age, if you are going to charge for shipping it better be quick. I contacted customer service to see about getting this fee waived based on the delay, but they simply quoted their policy about $50 minimum. Thanks, I know what the policy is. I was asking for some consideration due to shipping issues which is the fault the company. In any case, great hat, poor CS. Was the $12 worth this negative review?
