    Disappointed With Clean Up Purchase.

    I made this purchase because my current trucker hat is old, dirty and falling apart. I decided to treat myself to a new hat that has my favourite team on it. I read reviews, many said it's a very comfortable hat and they all said stellar things about it. I am beyond disappointed in my purchase. First things first, when the hat arrived, there were numerous extra threads all throughout the hat, on the outside, and the inside too. I tried to put the hat on, and it would literally not even fit my head. I had to take the strap completely off, move the adjustable piece of metal to make it to the longest setting, fidget with getting the strap back into the hats little slit, and close the clamp. Even then, it still feels a little snug . Then this brings us to the appearance. In the pictures posted online, the hat looks crisp. The logo looks fantastic, it looks smooth, and the hat looks well put together. When I wear it, it's wrinkly and nowhere near as pictured. There's wrinkles and folds in the hat, and looks old and worn. I didn't know it would be like this. It certainly doesn't look that way in the photos. I don't know why so many people are raving about these hats, I am so disappointed I made this purchase.

    Appreciate you taking the time to write that review. Our CLEAN UP cap is our 100% cotton dad cap style, so the wrinkle and worn-in look is on-purpose. You're right that the image doesn't make it seem that way, we shoot it with an insert to to make it stand up because the cap doesn't have structure.

    We have it written in the description that it's a unstructured, cotton cap but know most people buy caps based on the pic, trying to find a better way to show it.

    Curious, do you know your head size? Want to see if we have something else you may like.

    As for the cap you got, I've refunded you. Don't worry about sending it back. Don't want you to go through the hassle of a return.

    Good quality, nice snap

    Got as gift for Christmas, was surprised to see the quality in sticking and hat materials. There is a regular folded Velcro back but as well there is one snap button for easy removal. Very nice

    Appreciate the review. Sounds like you weren't familiar with our CLEAN UP styles (aka the dad cap). It's meant to be an unstructured, cotton cap.

    Based on your last orders, it looks like our MVP style is the one you'll be looking for. Our HITCH styles are also structured, but you'll find those fit a bit larger as well.
