Medium grey - not light grey - and janky brim

Colour in site photos is misleading, see attached photo. Taken beside white paper towel for reference. Brim was attached slightly off centre and looks laughably lopsided from the front. Cap also came quite wrinkled and with large divots in the front which won’t come out with care or steaming. Had to check the tags, my order and the site several times to be convinced I was shipped what I ordered. Fit note: fits smaller than other 47 hats, larger heads may need to skip this style. Very disappointing.
