    Cleanups inconsistent

    Some clean ups arrive nice and shaped and ready to wear, this one was rippled and crumpled. It’s like the Big Mac on the display vs the one you get in the box. Not as shown. Would order MVP but there’s never any inventory on the Canadian site. Lions hat ordered recently same issue. Not a great experience unfortunately.

    Sorry about the inconsistency in our packaging of the caps, I'll pass this feedback to our warehouse lead. Do you have a pic I can send the team as feedback? Which Lions cap did you get, I couldn't find an order under your email for a Lions cap (want to make sure the caps aren't messed up before they go into the box - like on our shelf).

    We appreciate your love for '47, I see you've been ordering with us online since 2022. I've refunded you for the Pirates, no need to send it back. The wrinkles should come out with a steam and a few wears.

    For MVP's, we're working on expanding our selection, what teams would you want to see in MVP's?

    No specific problem but disappointed with the product

    I was hoping for a model with fabric that is strong and hold itself as usually thats what those hats are when i try them in store. Sadly this one was very soft fabric thats does not suit me and i could not figure this our from teh description so I gave my hat to my friend. I am affraid to order another one not knowing the fabric type

    Appreciate your feedback. In the description, it describes the cap as a Cotton, Unstructured fit. To help others who may not know the meaning behind those terms, what would be a better way to describe the fit of this cap? I can pass this along to our marketing team.

    It sounds like you prefer the structured fit. Any caps called MVP, HITCH will be a structured fit. Unfortunately, we don't have the Pirates cap in a structured fit in Canada, but if you have a LIDS store nearby they may have it (best to give them a ring first).

    Not really black and the front is soft

    Hi Parfait,

    Appreciate the review. The CLEAN UP is our relaxed fit (dad cap style). Which also is a garment washed cotton to give it a soft feel and broken in look.

    We do need to do a better job at showing the front is unstructed on the site other than in the product description (working on it :)).

    The product was slightly deformed. The P sign isn't exactly centered, and even moving it didn't improve it. Otherwise the shipping was fast. The product was well packaged, and the other cap was perfect.
